About tournament

The inaugural event of the DAR POKER MASTERS took place in August 2021. The tournament proved a success as it was the biggest poker event to ever been held in Tanzania and, East Africa! The first prize of TSH 100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Tanzanian Shillings only) was guaranteed for the winner plus a beaming $16,000 gold bracelet. This event ran for 3 days and, it was most notable among the community of international and local players from amateurs, pros and poker enthusiasts alike.

2023 Dar Poker Masters tournament will run for 7 days, hosting 3 tournaments being The Warmup, The Main Event and the High Roller Event with a cumulative guaranteed prize pools of TSH 300,000,000.
